Now in its 28th year, the Digies spotlight the most impactful technologies advancing intelligent buildings, connected portfolios, and smart infrastructure. Being selected as a finalist is a recognition of Luum's work to replace conventional electrical wiring with network-based power and data infrastructure, delivering smarter, more efficient buildings at scale. The award ceremony took place on June 3, 2026, at the San Diego Convention Center.

We are both excited and honored to be powering the lighting as well as the workstations for this project. For four of the floors in the building, there will be no AC outlets. Everything will be powered via X-PoE and USB-C. This project will have over 18,000 sensors and control poins reporting over 1.5 billion data points every week.

We will be powering ~35% of the buildings total load footprint and expect to exceed projected usage by up to 40%. This will be game changing as this building strives to acheive its net zero goals.
